Service Description. This Site describes Drywall Patching, Fence Repair, Concrete Repair, Exterior Painting, Furniture Assembly, Fixture Installation provided by Chuy's Handyman. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://chuyshandymanspringdale.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Chuy's Handyman or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

As-Is Basis. https://chuyshandymanspringdale.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Chuy's Handyman makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Limitation. In no event will Chuy's Handyman's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Chuy's Handyman harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Law and Venue. AR law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in AR.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
